This is "Postcard 2017" from Russian post ("Открытка 2017" от Почты России) which was released in the 16th of August 2017. It can be obtained in the offices of the Amur regional Philharmonic society and a Social and cultural center. Everyone could get it free and send to any person. Moreover you could choose one of russian famous persons from list, write their name, send this postcard and then get it back with their autograph! (This action called "Letter to the Idol").
One kind person helped me with this postcard and now I have an amazing postcard with autograph of Natalya Varley! She is famous a Soviet and Russian film and theater actress, who became popular in 1966 for her part in the lovely Soviet comedy "Caucasian Prisoner". In 1989 she was designated as a Meritorious Artist of RSFSR.
Festival of cinema and theatre on the Amur "Amur autumn" ("Амурская осень") was held for the first time in 2003. Since then, it annually hosts the guests and participants in Blagoveshchensk. The festival aims to promote the best works of the national cinema in remote regions of Russia, and also promotes creative partnerships with filmmakers from Japan, China, Korea.
We call this postcard "Amur box" (Амурский ящик)!
